1. How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time of 5-7 business days across Canada.

You'll receive a tracking number a soon as your order ships!

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all products are made to order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order (wrong or damaged item), please contact us - we're happy to make it right.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as its place, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make sure to send a replacement if there's a mistake on our end.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
